Occupied Home Staging Services

We’ll begin with an initial in-home consultation where we’ll walk you through the experience buyers will have from the moment they enter.  Most people can’t visualize beyond what they see. So we’ll focus on making your home one that's memorable, inspires trust, and feels just right to potential buyers.

What it includes:

• Our Client Care Package
  You receive a curated packet that's chock full of check lists and other valuable information to guide you through the staging process leading up to listing your home on the MLS

• 2-Hour Full Home Evaluation + Written Report (Interior and Exterior)
  We identify and document all strategic updates, repairs, furniture arranged, and decorating suggestions that will make your home marketable and inspire trust to potential buyers

• Color Consultation for Selling
  Our large-scale color boards make it easy to determine which updated neutrals work best with your existing finishes, and  photograph beautifully

• Skilled Trades and Suppliers
  We provide you with referrals to skilled trades and suppliers

Investment Amount: $395 for up to 2 hours

Includes everything provided in our standard, In-Home or Remote Occupied Staging Consultations, plus a return 2-hour visit with a staging assistant to style your home prior to professional photography

Investment Amount: $750

We shop hourly to select the perfect fixtures, furniture pieces, and decor that will complement your home, make your spaces memorable, and attract today's buyers.

Investment Amount: $115 hourly

Two members of our team return to your home for 3 hours following the consultation to reveal your home's best side for the camera.  We provide our "hands-on" expertise to re-arrange and style your home so that it feels just right.  We utilize items that you already have, and/or bring the items we have selected specifically for you! This service is only available to clients that have already received our Occupied Home Staging Consultation. Some conditions apply.
