How It Works
Our staging process is designed to help homeowners replace dated furnishings and shop for the perfect decor to refresh their space—but we don’t rent furniture or accessories. We’ll highlight what you already have and make strategic suggestions for new pieces that will inspire buyers and be able to travel with you to your next home.

We specialize in working with motivated homeowners who are still living in their space. While staging is often required for vacant homes or new construction, our expertise is all about helping occupied homes tell the right story to buyers while staying a stress-free haven for the seller.
We recommend starting the process at least six months before you plan to sell. Spring can be the busiest time of year, so those homeowners may want to start even earlier. We can help you prioritize everything that needs to happen. And the right lead time will make everything easier—from booking quality tradespeople to shopping for the right decor. Even if you’re years from selling it’s never too soon to start planning!
If we need to paint, we’ll select shades that show your home at its most beautiful. Stephanie is an expert in color theory. You’ll have her years of training and experience at your disposal to help select the best neutrals, memorable accents, and finishes that will photograph well and appeal to the right buyers.
Any recommendation we offer will be strategically created to increase your bottom line and help your home sell faster. You’ve hired us for our expertise in how to best honor investment, but at the end of the day, the choice is yours. There’s no pressure to act on every suggestion—and we’ll help you prioritize the choices that fit your comfort zone and your budget.
